Why do you need to register your SIM?
According to the Government’s rules and regulation, all SIMs need to be registered.
How can you know whether your SIM is registered or not?
You can check whether your SIM is registered or not by sending sms REG to 500. You can also check by dialing *979*3*3#.
What will happen if you do not register your SIM?
If your SIM does not register by 31st March 2017, your SIM will be suspended to use mobile services.

You only need your SIM and ID.
How to log in to MyTelenor?
You can use ConnectID to log in MyTelenor App.
What do I need to register connectID?
You can register connectID using your active mobile number.
Can I register multiple connectID using the same mobile number?
No, you will receive notify message indicating that the mobile number has already been registered.
Can I log in to MyTelenor App with wifi?
Yes, you can log in to MyTelenor App with wifi.
If I use wifi, what do I need to log in to MyTelenor App?
If you use wifi, you need to log in MyTelenor App with active mobile number which has been registered connectID or is able to register connectID.
Is MyTelenor App account automatically signed out when I switch SIM cards?
No, you need to log out your previous account in the log out section of setting menu in app before using your current SIM card in MyTelenor App.
