Telenor Myanmar has launched Capture App by Telenor Digital, which will automatically save photos and videos on your phone for free to cloud backup.
October 26, 2015, Yangon – On the 20th Net Monday edition, Telenor Myanmar Limited (Telenor) has launched cloud service based app called ‘Capture App' by Telenor Digital.
‘Capture app’, the company’s first global service, is an application that provides online storage to save securely, view and share photos and videos from the devices via Global cloud infrastructure. The app was first launched in Norway, Malaysia and Thailand markets and has quickly gained popularity, receiving 4.5 star rating in the App Store and Google Play, higher than all other comparable cloud services.
‘Capture’ lets the customers back up the pictures and videos in a safe way by offering secure online storage. On top of 2 GB basic free storage, Telenor Myanmar Customers can now save all the memories on their smartphone, tablets, cameras, PC and MAC to the cloud of extra Free 20 GB storage. Users can view saved photos and videos anytime, on any device, from anywhere through Internet in a structured timeline format. Users can also securely share stored media with friends via social media or email in a fun, creative manner through ‘Capture’s unique “Create a Story” feature.

Non-Telenor customers can download ‘Capture app’ and get 2GB storage space with respective data charges from other operators. Telenor Myanmar customers, however, get to enjoy extra 20GB(total 22GB) free storage until the end of 2016.
‘Capture' is available for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets through the App Store and Google Play, or at www.mytelenor.com.mm/captureapp for direct download of APK file for Android. Telenor users can simply type capture and send to 500 to get download link of capture app.
