Telenor is introducing the exciting pack called Data SuBoo which has a unique ingredient than any other packs. Telenor customers can enjoy data experience at the rate of up to 1.25Kyats/MB.

There are 5 different Data SuBoo pack offers. The validity of the pack is 30 days. The remaining unused pack balance will be added to the next purchase if you buy within 7 days after the pack expiry.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only available for Prepaid Customers.
  • Benefits will be rolled-over or carried forward until the next pack purchase on next 7 days. The balance will be combined with next available benefits from last purchased date.
  • When the pack is expired, customer will not be able to use the remaining benefits until new pack purchase has been made.
  • If all benefits are used up before validity, it will count as new pack when subscribe again. So, roll over will start with new subscription.
  • Pack validity will be that of the last purchased pack if multiple packs are purchased within validity date.
  • If the customers have bought any other data packs (1GB, 2GB, etc..)  and also bought data SuBoo pack together, If the customer use the data services as watching you tube, browsing internet, downloading the file through website, the customer usage shall be charged from the any other available data packs first and the deduction from Data SuBoo pack will be continued after all other available packs have been fully consumed.
  • Promotion Period will be ended on 15 October 2017.

Most frequently asked questions

The data SuBoo is a special internet pack which is valid for 30 days. However if customer does not use-up the purchased data pack within 30 days, the remaining data is still can be used for another 30 days when he buys any of Data SuBoo pack within 7 days after expiry of the 1st purchased Data SuBoo pack For Example: Customer activate Data Suboo 5 GB on 1st August 2017. the pack expired on 30th August but the customer was able to use only 3 GB (and unused data is 2 GB) If customer activates another Data Suboo 9 GB by 4th September then he gets total 11 GB (9 GB + carry over 2 GB). And expiry of the 11 GB will be 30 days from 4th September.
The pack is valid for 30 days and roll over is for 7 days.
That is the uniqueness of this Data SuBoo. When the customer purchased any of the packs and the pack can be used for 30 days starting from the last subscription date. After 30 days, the validity is expired but the remaining balance will still be valid next 7 days from the expiry date. The remaining balance will be reusable when the customer bought any Data SuBoo pack within 7 days from pack expiry date.
Promotion Period will be ended on 15 October 2017.

Yes, the multiple subscriptions are allowed, and the validity will be extended to 30 days from the last purchased date.
If all benefits are used up before validity, no data will remain to roll over for the used up Data SuBoo pack.
You can check your extended balance (internet packs and other benefits) by dialing *9124#. In my Telenor app, you can check your balance under Pocket -> Balance.
No. Data SuBoo is only applicable for Prepaid Customers.
Data Parcel subscribers will be able to use data until 30 days. But, if the customer bought any Data SuBoo during those 30 days, customers will be able roll over the remaining Data Parcel balance for another 30 days counting from the date that Data SuBoo has been bought. Scenario (1) If the customer bought the Data Parcel on 16th Jul 2017, the pack validity will be 30 days from the last purchased date (15th Aug 2017), the customer need to buy any Data SuBoo pack to roll over the remaining balance for next 30 days. If customer buy new Data SuBoo pack between 16th July 2017 to 15th August 2017 (first 30 days), the remaining Data Parcel balance will be able to use within 30 days from the date that Data SuBoo has been bought.
No, Data Parcel is no longer available for new subscriptions starting from 17th July 2017.
If the customers has bought any other data packs (e.g. Date Parcel Daily Facebook Pack) and also bought Data SuBoo pack together, the customer shall be charged
  • It will be charged from daily data pack at first
  • And then, it will be charged from weekly data pack
  • After that, it will be charged from monthly data pack and follow by data parcel.
  • The deduction from Data SuBoo pack will be continued after all other available packs have been fully consumed.
The standard charges will be applied for the Voice service and SMS. The tariff will be different depends on the customer’s price plan. The detail of price plans and tariffs can be found in www.telenor.com.mm
Other services (Balance transfer, Kyo Thone, MY Tune etc) remain unchanged.
For all the complaints about data usage has been cut from the Main Balance, even the customer has bought Data Parcel, we will perform the necessary investigation on the case. Then, if it is incorrectly cut from the main balance, we will return Data SuBoo 14GB for the customer as a replacement.
