Manager, CLM


To perform complex activities to develop, support execution and revise CLM strategy, roadmap and campaigns for regions. Monitor, handle and align the marketing strategies with regions in order to drive revenue growth through CLM all services


  • Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
  • Perform complex activities to support the development of overall revenue planning and forecasting strategy
  • Coordinate key activities with relevant functions in Marketing Group and conduct market analysis, including consumer profiling (such as demographic, lifestyle, requirements and behavior), current trends and other related analysis, to obtain insights and information, in order to drive engagement among customer base
  • Coordinate key activities with Technology Group regarding technology feasibility for revenue generating initiatives
  • Coordinate key activities with relevant functions in Marketing Group regarding pricing guidelines and frameworks
  • Coordinate complex activities with Marketing Group regarding marketing strategy and market communication, in order to drive revenue generating campaign development and to ensure alignment with overall communication message
  • Perform complex activities in developing and executing campaigns, based on strategy and roadmap, market insights and inputs from relevant functions
  • Perform complex activities in monitoring performance of campaigns
  • Perform complex activities to develop and determine expansion plan, to increase coverage of our services
  • Perform other relevant complex activities regarding revenue planning and forecasting strategy, including generating documents and report to support decision-making
  • Perform complex activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes and campaigns development
  • Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of similar experienced
  • Proficiency in English (both oral & written) for effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations
  • Good knowledge in marketing background and analytic skill
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, cross-functional interaction, good attitude
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
